Q: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?
A: If you don’t need to print your logo or other artwork on the products, we will not charge any cost, just tell us your freight collect account like Fedex, DHL or TNT. If you don’t have, we need to charge express fee properly.
Q: What’s your payment term?
A: T/T, L/C, Western union or Paypal.
30% deposit, the 70% balance before shipping on FOB term.
Q: What kind motors you can provide?
A: For now, our company provides motors include: fan coil unit motors, motors for split, cabinet, window air-conditioner, high static pressure motors, ceiling air-conditioner motors, air cooling motors, single and three phase motors, kinds of pump motors, PG motor and DC brushless motors. All of these motors are designed for HVAC&R line.
Q: Is there a MOQ for your motors?
A: Yes. The MOQ is between 100-500pcs for different models after sample approval. And it's also okay for us to accept smaller lots for the initial order.
Q: Could you send me a price list?
A: Most of our motors are not standard products, they are customized based on different requirements like voltage, power and shaft etc. Thus, it's really difficult for us to provide a price list. If you could share your detailed requirements and quantity, we'll be sure to offer a very competitive price.
